George Washington Sculpt

Crude and still very early in the process, but work has begun on my newest donation piece to the Artist Preservation Group. This will be another 250mm bust this time of American Founding Father, first President and national hero, George Washington. I hope to convey his intense look as he might have appeared when crossing the Delaware River that Christmas Eve in 1776 for their attack on the sleeping-drunken Hessians at the Battle of Trenton.

The Artist Preservation Group

I'm just getting started on a new portrait bust. This one will be offered to the Artist Preservation Group in support of this years Dunsmore Project. The subject will be a 250mm bust of General George Washington. I'll be sure to post some pics once there is something to see.

Pulaski Sculpt..Dec 2007 Update

Here are some new pics of Pulaski as he appears today. Getting close to finishing. This is another sculpt that will be available as a kit in early 2008! Look for more info soon.
