Here are some very rough shots of the beginning of a new portrait bust commission. A cigar to whomever guesses who this one is! Here's a hint, French & short. This is how most of my projects begin in this rough "Fleshing out" stage. Just working on the volumes or shapes very loosely until they are right before adding the finer features. 250mm.

Thanks for looking in, Gary. Actually, it's got a long way to go before it looks like him! Not as far now, though. Been working on him since these pics were taken. More updates soon....
